The Hotel: Jamberoo Resort
Jamberoo Resort Yoga is a well-kept secret of the South Coast of NSW. With the wonders of the Kiama Beach nearby, this secluded sanctuary makes for a great escape from everyday routine. Experienced yogis and those just beginning their journey can benefit from a variety of classes ranging from meditation and mindfulness to vinyasa and Yin yoga. The retreat is not all about yoga, though. When not mastering the asanas, the sojourners can unwind having a soak in the pool or relaxing in the sauna.
To restore their energy levels, yogis feast on vegetarian meals prepared and served on site.
The rooms come with some extra space to work, spacious beds and en suite bathrooms. Some also feature furnished balconies or terraces overlooking the garden or the river.
