The Cake & Bake Show
This October ExCeL hosts another Cake & Bake show, a three-day celebration of all things sweet. While the baking theatre will see celebrity chefs (including Great British Bake Off contestants) demonstrate their skill, the Over the Rainbow cake competition is expected to deliver big, bold and colourful cakes as a tribute to the NHS heroes. Sugar crafting and icing lovers will be able to learn a thing or two as they meet industry experts, and everyone will be invited to explore the latest from some of the leading artisan bakers and cake makers, or make a selfie in front of the life-size cake sculpture prepared specially for the show. The show will feature a Champagne bar and a pamper lounge where nail artists will give complimentary manicures. While bakers enjoy themselves, kids can be kept busy with a host of hands-on decorating and baking activities.
